COACHING
If clinical therapy is the time we spend lifting your eyes up, then coaching is the time we spend working to understand and activate on what it is we’ve seen.
Coaching is an ongoing 1:1 curated intensive for when the healing work has been done, and you’re ready to reach for more.
Often, clients who seek coaching do so when they find themselves in need of new systems that will help them to see their personal growth journey through—when they recognize their need for support and accountability when it comes to tackling new goals and new planes of growth. Clients should seek coaching when the season is right to practically apply their personal progress, to return to alignment, to focus on the future and to reach for all the delectable good that just might come knocking, if it’s invited.
For many who find that the key to unlocking the next level of their growth journey can be found in coaching, the notion may first be ushered in by feelings of dissociation, disillusion, disembodiment.

To honor this fact, I’ve made coaching into a scalable service—one aimed at arming you, however best, within whatever bounds make the most sense for you right now, with a plan aimed at tackling your goals and keeping-moving in the direction of the tender, actionable, and realized life you’re allowed to ask for, allowed to believe you deserve.

Coaching is forward-focused, helping you create clarity, build self-trust, and take aligned action toward your goals. Therapy, on the other hand, may explore past wounds, emotional processing, and deeper healing work. Coaching is great if you’re looking for support in decision-making, nervous system regulation, and lifestyle shifts, while therapy is a better fit for deeper emotional processing.

While single sessions are available for return clients, I strongly encourage clients to commit to a package for deeper transformation. My coaching packages allow us to track patterns, build resilience, and create sustainable change within a focused container. Coaching is not a replacement for therapy. If you are experiencing significant distress, trauma responses, or need clinical mental health support, therapy is the better option. However, coaching can be a great complement to therapy if you are ready to integrate insights into your daily life.

Unfortunately, no, coaching is not a service that is covered by healthcare providers. In an effort to still make coaching as accessible as possible, I offer a spectrum of services with scalable investment levels, as well as payment plans for coaching packages.
